Change -- it's a fact of life -- and often a hard reality to grasp, experience, accept. One stage of life ends and another begins. Our relationships change. Our bodies change. Our beliefs, values, priorities, and external circumstances change. The array of possibilities is kaleidoscopic. And with change comes a period called "transition," a frequently confusing, stressful, emotionally chaotic time when things are neither what they used to be nor fully what they can and will be.
