Anne Rossen, owner of Kaleidoscope LifeWorks, LLC, in Highland Park, Illinois, is a licensed clinical professional counselor experienced in helping individuals, couples, and families address and achieve personal, interpersonal, and situational change. A versatile therapist skilled not only in traditional but also in contemporary psychotherapeutic methods, she has a solid understanding of both the change process and human development over the life span as well as a deep appreciation for individual differences and human complexity. In addition to her clinical practice, Anne has taught adult-education classes in therapeutic writing, leads mind-body skills groups for adults, and works nationally as a parent coach for Vive, Inc.
Anne holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University, where she has helped train graduate students in the field. She also holds a Master of Science in Jewish Studies from Spertus Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan. She is a graduate of both the Advanced Training Program in Mind-Body Medicine and the Food As Medicine program at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine.
Anne is a member of the American Counseling Association, the Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association, and the National Wellness Institute. Her background includes work as an editor, a writer, and a community-service leader. She is married and has young-adult children.
